Jodi employs a client-centred approach, drawing from evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Treatment is tailored to each person’s particular needs and background, and Jodi works collaboratively to assist people in making meaningful and lasting change.  Warm and personable, Jodi takes time to get to know her clients and make them feel comfortable.
