Jodi’s supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach creates a space where clients feel comfortable sharing and exploring their difficult experiences. Viewing the therapeutic relationship as key to successful therapy outcomes, she works collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, then helps them make meaningful and lasting change. Jodi is an active therapist with a direct, kind, and respectful communication style.

Tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and background, Jodi draws on evidence-based psychological theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, coupled with psychodynamic understandings of the individual. Jodi is particularly interested in exploring with clients how their childhood and early adulthood experiences continue to impact them.
