Jodi Salinger is a clinically trained Psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
Jodi provides individual therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship problems, and adjustment issues.
She has a particular interest in working with people experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder and/or adjusting to chronic health conditions such as persistent pain, cardiac conditions, and stroke.
Jodi began her career working with emergency service personnel and veterans who had experienced trauma. She then moved on to working with clients managing or recovering from chronic health issues.
Jodi has worked in public and private hospital settings for several years, including Austin Health, St Vincent's Hospital, and Epworth HealthCare. She is experienced in running client education groups and has delivered numerous seminars to health professionals on chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, and the role of psychology within physical rehabilitation.
